Danny is a professional drug-free powerlifter and coach. 

Through my years of rigorous training as an athlete, I aim to share the knowledge I have gathered through education and field experience with others who are passionate about the science behind building muscle, fat loss, and getting healthier. 

I earned the title of United States Powerlifting Association State Champion in 2021 and previously held the age-specific state records in the Back Squat and Bench Press movements. Since then, I’ve claimed a 500lb squat, 295lb bench press, and a 585lb deadlift with a most recent DOTS score of 400.00.

As a coach, my training methodology has focused on data-driven insights whilst building a genuine connection with my clients to ensure sustainability and long-term success. Being a competitor in a sport reliant on tangible numbers and short-term gratification has led me to recognize the value of small victories and balance in and out of the gym. 


Using Excel, MacroFactor, and EMG Testing, I create personalized fitness programs, nutritional guidelines, and block visualization to create hyper-specification in my athletes' training, allowing them to understand the physical processes that are occurring in their bodies.
